These terms govern the use of the website www.dube.eu. Contractual terms for the procurement of DubeAI software are agreed separately in the individual offer and are not part of these terms.

The same applies in the case of an unintended gap.

Contractual terms governing the procurement, licensing, deployment, support, and operation of DubeAI software (including any service-level agreements, data processing agreements, warranty terms, and pricing) are agreed separately in the individual offer and order documents between the parties. The general framework for the platform purchase is set out in our Terms of Service. They are not the subject of these Terms of Use and are not implied by anything stated on this Website.

Where the content of this Website and the individual contract documents differ, the individual contract documents prevail.
